Ordering Information and Policies

How to Place an Order

To place an order on our website, please use our secure online shopping cart and enter all requested information, including name, billing address, shipping address if different than your billing address, and payment information.

If you'd like to place an order by phone, please call us toll free at 1-888-279-7700.

If you are having a problem trying to place items into your shopping cart, it usually means that "cookies" are not enabled in your web browser, or you are using a firewall or privacy program which doesn't allow the use of "cookies".

To enable Cookies in your web browser (Internet Explorer):
- Under the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options"
- Click the "Privacy" tab
- Click the "Advanced" button
- Make sure the slider is set to Medium High or lower.

Working behind Firewalls:
Use of ZoneAlarm and other firewalls have been known to block "cookies." To use our site properly, please temporarily disable or reduce your privacy setttings as follows:

To resolve cookie problems in ZoneAlarm:
- Click on the ZoneAlarm icon.
- Go to the Privacy section.
- Set Cookie Control to "Off" by clicking the slider and dragging to the Off position.
- You should now be able to place items in the shopping cart.

Other firewall/privacy software may cause the same issue:

To resolve cookie problems in privacy or firewall software:
- Launch your privacy or firewall software.
- Navigate to the section with cookie controls.
- Choose to accept cookies.

Our Guarantee and Return Policy

We pride ourselves in carrying high-quality and unique items. We are confident that you will be absolutely pleased with your order.

In the event that you are not completely thrilled with any items in your order, we'd be more than happy to replace or refund your purchase. Simply call us at 1-888-279-7700, or send us an email at returns@memorableweddingfavors.com within 7 days of receiving your order for a Return Authorization.

Once a return is authorized, you must pay the shipping charges to return it to us. We also highly recommend insuring your return because we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
For authorized returns, we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges.
Refunds are issued in the same form as initially paid. For credit to your credit card account, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please note that custom orders, custom-made products, all confectionary merchandise, favor boxes filled with confections, gifts which are monogrammed or personalized are not returnable, no exceptions.
Authrorized returns must be received in their original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet the conditions we described herein.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal.

We also accept cashier's checks, money orders, personal checks, and eChecks (electronic checks via PayPal).

While we use PayPal to process our credit card orders, it is not necessary to open an account with PayPal. Simply pay for your items just like you would at any other online store.

All orders paid with cashier's checks or money orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Personal checks will need to clear our bank first before shipment (approximately 7 to 10 business days).

Delivery Time

Most orders ship within 7 business days from when your order was placed**. If you require a rush order, please see the Shipping section below.

**Shipping on some products will vary depending on in-stock availability. An estimated shipping lead-time is given on certain product description pages. If there is no lead-time given on a product page, please call us at 1-888-279-7700 for an estimated ship time.

We also confirm all Internet orders by e-mail and keep you posted on the expected arrival or your order.

Shipping

MemorableWeddingFavors.com uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States and Canada. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers.

If you desire faster delivery, we can ship 2nd-Day Air or Overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship 2nd-Day or Overnight air and we would be happy to discuss the additional cost with you.

We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO and FPO addresses.

In some instances, and for certain small orders, we may ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

All orders shipped to Canadian addresses are shipped once per week.

International orders from countries other than the US or Canada, will be honored on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire by e-mailing us at info@memorableweddingfavors.com to see if we can accomodate shipments to your particular country.

Please note that MemorableWeddingFavors.com is not responsible for any duties, tariffs or taxes associated with shipments to Canada or elsewhere.

The following shipping and handling charges will be applied for all orders shipped via UPS Ground within the United States:

$100.01 to $200.00 = $18.95
$200.01 to $400.00 = $24.95
$400.01 to $550.00 = $34.95
$550.01 to $800.00 = $48.95
$800.01 to $1000.00 = $64.95

Shipping & Handling Charges - Canadian Orders Only

The following shipping and handling charges will be applied for all orders shipped to Canada:

$100.01 to $200.00 = $28.95

Damaged Items - While we take great care in safely packaging your order, we have no control over shipments once they leave our premises.

In the event your package arrives to you damaged, please alert the carrier immediately prior to opening. If your merchandise arrives damaged, it is very important that you save all packaging in order to pursue a claim against the carrier.

Cancellation Policy for Custom or Special Orders

You may cancel a Custom or Special Order within 24 hours of placing the order. Because we process our orders immediately upon receipt, cancellations cannot be honored after 24 hours from its receipt.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (6%).

Please note that product samples may not be available for special order items. If a sample is available, you will be charged the unit price of the product plus a shipping and handling fee.
